Close to everything but challenging

The location around the hotel is convenient, with many nearby restaurant options making meals easy. The lobby staff was nice, and check-in was quick and efficient.

However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. there was a lingering odor, and surfaces seemed unkempt. Even more concerning was the uncomfortable atmosphere outside, making us feel uneasy.

Late check-in worked out great for me. The King Room Smoking had its perks, especially with a comfortable bed that provided decent rest after long days. The hotel is conveniently close to a Walmart and an IHOP, making meal planning easy. However, I faced some cleanliness issues. the bathroom floor had hair from previous guests, which was not pleasant. Breakfast options were lacking, which is disappointing. I didn't clean up as expected, and the front desk staff was unhelpful concerning my checkout receipt. If they could better address these issues, my stay would have been much more enjoyable.

i enjoyed my stay as it was just a few steps from taqueria jimador and almost 2 km from the beautiful japanese tea garden, perfect for morning walks and exploring the city.

The room was a bit dated and smelled of smoke.

However, some areas needed better cleaning, as a few spots were missed, and communication about missing funds could improve.

The staff were very attentive, especially when we needed to switch rooms for better accessibility. It was nice that we could easily access local attractions, making our family trip enjoyable even with grown kids around.
